जिलाधिकारी ने मंगलवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में चिकित्सा, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। बैठक में मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य, जन औषधि केंद्र, दिव्यांगजन योजनाएं तथा विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रमों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

जिलाधिकारी ने गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीकरण को लेकर उन क्षेत्रों (पॉकेट्स) की पहचान करने के निर्देश दिए, जहां पंजीकरण कम हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने शत-प्रतिशत एएनसी (एंटीनैटल केयर / गर्भावस्था पूर्व प्रसव जांच) सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही हाई रिस्क प्रेग्नेंसी (उच्च जोखिम गर्भावस्था) मामलों की एसीएमओ (अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी) स्तर पर नियमित एवं प्रभावी समीक्षा के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने पिछले पांच वर्षों में हुए स्किल्ड बर्थ (प्रशिक्षित स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों द्वारा कराए गए प्रसव) एवं उनसे संबंधित मृत्यु के आंकड़े प्रस्तुत करने को कहा तथा संस्थागत प्रसव (इंस्टीट्यूशनल डिलीवरी) को बढ़ाने के लिए निरंतर एवं प्रभावी प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को झोलाछाप डॉक्टरों पर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने तथा पीसीपीएनडीटी एक्ट (गर्भाधान पूर्व एवं प्रसव पूर्व निदान तकनीक अधिनियम) के तहत प्रभावी प्रवर्तन करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही आगामी एक माह के भीतर सभी जन औषधि केंद्रों को पूर्ण रूप से संचालित कराने तथा “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत 30 जनवरी तक शत-प्रतिशत एनसीडी (नॉन कम्युनिकेबल डिजीज / असंक्रामक रोग) स्क्रीनिंग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को समाज कल्याण विभाग एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ समन्वय कर रोस्टर बनाते हुए दिव्यांग बच्चों का चिन्हीकरण, दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने तथा पात्र लाभार्थियों को योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि कोई भी दिव्यांग ऐसा न रहे जिसका प्रमाण पत्र न बना हो।

बैठक में सीएमओ डॉ. आदित्य तिवारी, एसीएमओ दीपक कुमार, समाज कल्याण अधिकारी जस्मीत कौर, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनय कुमार सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
